RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • If you wish to return your order and get a refund, we shall help you with in store credits with best of our efforts. You may directly contact us within 7 Days of Delivery and we will arrange a return & refund for your order.
  • Sabhyata reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer, which shall mean returns on more than 3 occasions in a financial year. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you can:
Return & Refund :
  • Sabhyata will return and issue in-store credit to your wallet which can be used at the time of buying the next product. Sale Items are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable.
  • In case of return, We shall process your return and refund the amount in the form of in-store credits within 10-15 working days from the date of receiving the product or issue in-store credit to your Sabhyataclothing.com account.
  • Your in- store Credit shall be valid and operational for a period of 12 months from the date of activation/issuance to You, until suspended/ terminated by Sabhyataclothing.com in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, unless the validity of the Sabhyataclothing in- store Credit is extended by Us at Our discretion.
  • The maximum permissible period of non-use of the in- store Credit (Permissible Dormant Period) shall be 12 months from the date of the last use of the in- store Credit. You agree that any outstanding balance in your in- store Credit shall be forfeited at the time of expiry of the in- store Credit or at the time of suspension/termination of your in- store Credit for any reason whatsoever.
  • Information about the forfeiture of your in- store Credit balance (due to the impending expiry of Your in- store Credit) shall be intimated to You at reasonable intervals. The intimation shall be sent to Your registered e-mail address or phone number shared as Payment Details. We shall not be held responsible or liable for any failure of delivery of the intimation to You.
NOTE: THE REFUND IN THE FORM OF IN STORE CREDITS WILL ONLY BE INITIATED IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET:
  • The returned commodities are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and are in a saleable condition.
  • The original and complete packaging of the items to be returned, including original tags
  • Please pack returned items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit
  • The items for reverse pick up will be picked up within 4-7 business days from the date of request.
  • Note: If a product return is requested by you, the product will be picked up within 4-7 days. The return, as the case may be shall be processed within 10-14 working days.
